The core idea is simple: price doesn't move randomly — it tends to react at specific zones where big buyers or sellers previously stepped in. Your job is to wait for price to return to one of these zones, look for evidence of a reversal, and enter with a tight stop and a large target.Step 1 — Identify your zones on a higher timeframe (4H or Daily). Look for supply zones (areas where price dropped sharply from, leaving a visible imbalance) and demand zones (areas where price shot up from). Order blocks are the last up or down candle before a big move — these are your magnets.Step 2 — Wait for price to approach the zone. Don't chase. Let price come to you. As it enters the zone, zoom into a lower timeframe (15m or 5m) and watch for reversal signals: a rejection wick, an engulfing candle, a CHoCH (Change of Character — price breaks its local structure in the opposite direction).Step 3 — Enter on confirmation. Once you see the reversal candle close, enter on the next candle's open or on a small pullback. Your stop goes just beyond the far edge of the zone (a few points/pips outside).Step 4 — Set your target for high RR. Aim for at least 1:3 or 1:5 RR. Your take profit goes to the next major zone in the opposite direction, or a previous high/low. The tight stop near the zone edge is what makes the RR favorable — the zone does the work.Step 5 — Manage the trade. Once price moves 1:1 in your favor, move stop to breakeven. Let the rest run to target or trail using structure.
