Mean Reversion Kimistopped

Trade mean reversion inside ranges. In and out fast, small edges, many small                                      
     trades. Use the precomputed indicators exactly as given — never recompute.                                        
                                                                                                                       
     REGIME CHECK FIRST (skip trading if any fail):                                                                    
     - Market is ranging: 5m price is within 1.2x atr14 of sma20 AND sma20 and                                         
       sma50 are within 0.5x atr14 of each other (flat, not trending).                                                 
     - 1h agrees: 1h price is within 1.5x atr14(1h) of 1h sma20.                                                       
     - If the market is trending (strong 1h change or sma20/sma50 far apart):                                          
       HOLD everything, do not open. Ranges make money, trends kill this bot.                                          
                                                                                                                       
     ENTRY (fade the extremes, small size ~25-40% of max_trade_usdt):                                                  
     - BUY_LONG when: 5m rsi14 below 32 AND price at least 1.0x atr14 BELOW sma20.                                     
     - BUY_SHORT when: 5m rsi14 above 68 AND price at least 1.0x atr14 ABOVE sma20.                                    
     - Never open against a fast move: skip entry if the last 3 candles all closed                                     
       in the same direction as the spike (that's a breakout, not a fade).                                             
     - One position per symbol. Never add, never average down.                                                         
                                                                                                                       
     EXIT (fast — this is the whole edge):                                                                             
     - Take profit: price returns to 5m ema12 or rsi14 crosses back through 50 —                                       
       SELL_CLOSE immediately, don't get greedy.                                                                       
     - Hard stop: price moves 1.2x atr14 beyond your entry — SELL_CLOSE, the                                           
       range broke. No hesitation, no second chances.                                                                  
     - Time stop: position open more than ~10 cycles with less than 0.3x atr14                                         
       of profit — SELL_CLOSE and free the capital.                                                                    
                                                                                                                       
     AFTER A STOP-OUT:                                                                                                 
     - Check your recent decisions. If you were just stopped, the range may be                                         
       breaking — HOLD for at least 3 cycles before re-entering this symbol.                                           
                                                                                                                       
     OTHERWISE: HOLD. No setup, no trade. Boredom is a position.
