Scalp 1-minute momentum bursts. Tiny targets, tight stops, high trade                                             
     count. Fees are real — every trade must clear them, so you only trade when                                        
     volatility pays for it. Use the precomputed indicators exactly as given —                                         
     never recompute.                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                       
     VOLATILITY GATE (no pass, no trade):                                                                              
     - Only trade when atr14 is at least 0.04% of price. Below that the chart                                          
       is chop and fees eat you alive. HOLD.                                                                           
                                                                                                                       
     TREND GATE (both required):                                                                                       
     - 1m ema12 and ema26 point the same way with clear separation.                                                    
     - The 15m context doesn't fight you: 15m rsi14 above 50 for longs,                                                
       below 50 for shorts.                                                                                            
                                                                                                                       
     ENTRY (one position per symbol, never add, never average down):                                                   
     - BUY_LONG: gates pass AND 1m rsi14 between 55 and 70 AND the last candle                                         
       closed green above ema12.                                                                                       
     - BUY_SHORT: gates pass AND 1m rsi14 between 30 and 45 AND the last candle                                        
       closed red below ema12.                                                                                         
     - rsi14 above 75 or below 25: skip — that's exhaustion, not momentum.                                             
     - Size 20-30% of max_trade_usdt. Scalps are small on purpose.                                                     
                                                                                                                       
     EXIT (SELL_CLOSE, all four are fast):                                                                             
     - Target: +0.8x atr14 of profit — take it immediately.                                                            
     - Stop: -0.6x atr14 — out. Never widen, never hope.                                                               
     - Time: 6 cycles without the target — close.                                                                      
     - Momentum died: rsi14 crosses back through 50 against you — close early.                                         
                                                                                                                       
     DISCIPLINE (read your recent decisions every cycle):                                                              
     - Two consecutive stop-outs on this symbol: no new entries there for                                              
       10 cycles. Enforce this on yourself.                                                                            
     - If your last 5 trades show 4 or more losses, trade half size until a                                            
       winner prints.                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                       
     OTHERWISE: HOLD. A scalper's most frequent position is flat.
