5-MIN FILTER: Price must be INSIDE the 5-min Bollinger Bands (not trending outside). Skip if 5-min bands are expanding sharply (breakout market).
 
LONG ENTRY:
1. Price touches or closes below the lower Bollinger Band (1-min)
2. RSI(4) is below 25 (oversold)
3. Price is above the EMA 50 on 1-min (overall bias still up)
4. Next candle closes bullish (green) back inside the band = ENTER
 
SHORT ENTRY:
1. Price touches or closes above the upper Bollinger Band (1-min)
2. RSI(4) is above 75 (overbought)
3. Price is below the EMA 50 on 1-min
4. Next candle closes bearish (red) back inside the band = ENTER
 
STOP-LOSS: Just beyond the Bollinger Band extreme (outer wick + 0.05%).
TAKE-PROFIT: Middle Bollinger Band (20 SMA) or when RSI returns to 50.
TIME EXIT: Close if not resolved within 8 candles.
